Dominique Hendrickson-Gerrick
Dominique has over 14 years of HR experience across global financial services organisations, and more than 6 years supporting Christian organisations through governance, strategic advisory and HR expertise.
Kingdom HR was founded to address a consistent challenge:
- Christian organisations are called to extraordinary missions with limited resources.
- Leaders often balance ministry, governance and people responsibilities simultaneously.
- Many organisations lack dedicated HR expertise or access to practical support.
We partner with Christian organisations on all people-related matters, creating HR structures and support that allows leaders to focus fully on the mission they have been called to steward.
I many ways, Kingdom HR is Dominique’s answer to the call God placed on her heart: to support the Church, strengthen those who serve and advance the Gospel and the Kingdom of God.
