Founded by Dominique

Dominique Hendrickson-Gerrick spent 13 years in senior HR roles across complex organisations.

Throughout her career, she observed a consistent tension:

  • Organisations cared deeply about their people.
  • They also aspire to contribute positively to society.

Yet these priorities are rarely connected in practice.
